KAUST CID Review Team Visit

A three-member review team from KAUST Global Research Partnership program visited KFUPM on January 3, 2009. Meetings were held to discuss the progress made and plans for the KAUST Center-in-Development on Transformative Research in Petrochemicals and Polymers. These meetings were attended by Dr. Sulaiman Al-Khattaf (CID Principal Investigator), Dr. M. Al-Hamoud (Dean, Scientific Research), Dr. Tareq Naffouri (Director, KAUST-KFUPM collaboration), and Lead Investigators of CID. Among other issues, it was decided to hold annual KFUPM-KAUST workshop on Catalysis. The team also made courtesy visits to the Vice Rector for Applied Research and H.E. The Rector.
